      what two statements regarding the VSWP file are true (choose two)

      Answers show as C(the vswp file is equal to the different between the memory assigned and reservation) + D (no vswp file is created if reserved memory to the same value as allocated memory)

      While I agree that C is correct….D is incorrect. If you reserve the memory, it does create a vswp file, but the size is 0.00kb

      I can't see why "A" is wrong. A says

      A) the VSWP file is equal to the memory allocation

      Does anyone agree?

      Exam F, Q 19: Upgrade from vSphere 4 to 5.x. "In what 2 ways will the new esxi5 implementation differ from the 4.1 implementation?"
      a) esxi5 provides a host based firewall
      b) esxi5 can boot from additional local resources such as usb
      c) esxi5 can be managed from a web browser
      d) esxi5 can support virtual machines with larger hard drive configurations

      Correct answers listed as A&C – but aren't B&D more correct? Looked through all the documentaion I have and can't find a definitive answer. I do see one item that says esxi5 can be managed via web browser (in the Upgrade Guide) – but that's not really new – so could esxi4, it just wasn't very good…

      @Ladi Alade

      No, the answer D is correct. I verified. The question is tricky…it says "when installed on a usb drive". So reading at page 31 of: http://pubs.vmware.com/vsphere-50/topic/com.vmware.ICbase/PDF/vsphere-esxi-vcenter-server-50-installation-setup-guide.pdf IT SAYS: Due to the I/O sensitivity of USB and SD devices the installer does not create a scratch partition on these devices.

      So correct answer is D :-)

      Question regarding iSCSI being disabled that the ESX boots from is incorrect.
      Answer is marked as you cannot disable the adapter.
      Pretty sure this answer should be it will re enable itself

      Message from uploader, this is the sane dump as JB with a few mods;

      Modified:
      1. to remove the annoying ""Pass Any Exam. Any Time." – http://www.actualtests.com VMware VCP-510 Exam"
      2. break down the 288q's into 40q Exam chunks

      ALL QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS HAVE NOT CHANGED FROM JB – no need as most people are getting full marks.

      Good luck & thanks JB
