New-MigrationBatch is an MSOL cmdlet used to connect Exch on-line to on-prem through ews to copy user mailbox data from on-prem MBs to on-line MBs. This is primarily desirable in a cut over type migration and preserves the mailboxes in the on-prem environment in their original state until you are ready to move forward with dismantle.I've used this in a single sign on configuration with the intent move all mailboxes online and not maintain a true hybrid environment. In that scenario the on-prem MBUs got converted to MEUs after a small retention period.

New-MoveRequest is an Exchange 2010 cmdlet that would be used in a hybrid scenario where Exch 2010 would be maintained on-prem as well as on-line, even if only for Administration purposes. This cmdlet actually moves the mailbox from on-prem to on-line similar to the way you would move mailboxes between databases, unlike New-MigrationBatch which copies mailbox data through ews from on-prem to on-line

I find them hard to understand as well, but I think migrationbatch is only to start using office 365 instead of on-premis environments.

      New-MoveRequest VS New-MigrationBatch

I'm still confused about the diference between new-moverequest and new-migrationbatch. I know that I need to have a hybrid deploy to use new-move request but there are some confused questions about this..

There are some wrong answers on this one. I have an updated vce waiting to post that should be mostly correct answers.

      Q35: http://help.outlook.com/en-us/140/ff633682.aspx#tools
Move request can be done through Exchange Management Console using remote move request.

Q15, Q35, Q45 and Q69 are wrong in my opinion. Not sure if Q10 and Q63 may be as well.
