Very bad dump. You can't answer to the most of questions, because their answers are blank. There is also wrong answers and a lot of duplicated questions.

@jimbob, you are correct. This version of Anon seems to very incorrect, also same with Bruce. Although the Bruce exam does have a few new questions in it, you will either have to take his word for it or study up on them. I have found the latest Cramjunkie seems to be the most correct. Also the Anon 442 is same as Cramjunkie, only Cramjunkie has taken out the duplicates and fixed a few things. So all those looking for the 442 just use Cramjunkie.

    • Amir from United Kingdom 11 01 2012, 3:49 PM Report Spam
      Hi again
please pay attention to this question I think it is in Exam J Q 16

Your network contains a server named Server1 that runs a Server Core installation of Windows Server
2008 R2. Server1 is configured as a DNS server. You need to ensure that Server1 only resolves name
queries from IPv6 clients. What should you do?
      A. Run netsh.exe and specify the dnsclient parameter.
      B. Run dnscmd.exe and specify the /config parameter.
      C. Run dnscmd.exe and specify the /resetlistenaddresses parameter.
      D. Run netsh.exe and specify the interface parameter.
      Answer: C
      Section: exam J
      Candidate Response: C (Correct)
      Explanation/Reference:
      Explanation:
To configure your DNS server to listen over IPv6, do the following:
      Install Windows Support Tools.
For more information, see Install Windows Support Tools Open Command Prompt.
      Type the following command:
      dnscmd /config /EnableIPv6 1
      Restart the DNS Server service.
For more information, see Start or stop a DNS server. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc783049
      (WS.10).aspx

Now the trick is choice B is correct in W2K3 if you open the mentioned link you can see supported OS but in W2K8 R2 should use dnscmd /resetlistenaddress ,
and I think the old command is not supported anymore
Any comments please on this tricky question ?
      Thanks in advance

small explanation. If you have the . zone. Your DNS Server becomes authoritative for everything because everything originates from the . zone. Therefor the root hints are automaticly deleted because your DNS server "knows" the answer for al query and has no reason to forward a query anymore.
