Clarin from United States – 09 26 2010, 10:13 AM Report Spam @photomandGood for you. That's why I'm too afraid to take it… all these people with a lot of experience and intense study just barely passing, if at all. Clarin from United States – 09 26 2010, 10:11 AM Report Spam @vaderI'd think it'd be valid right now; unfortunately, it may not be in a month. photomand from United States – 09 25 2010, 6:14 AM Report Spam I decided to just use the Sybex book and worked with the simulation questions that came with it along with my background experience, I am also a CCNA so that helped a little. Passed the test on Thursday with a 782. 4 days of intense studying and still guessed at most of the questions. Clarin from United States – 09 25 2010, 3:42 AM Report Spam @vaderThis is the site you go to. But we can't review until something's been posted. some here have jobs. some here don't. The ones with jobs need to buy the test and post it so we can all validate it. t44t from United Kingdom – 09 03 2010, 10:21 PM Report Spam Just a thought regarding the idea people might maliciously change answers… it could be a new question in the security+ test: "DNS poisoning is well known, but which of the following MOST accurately describes the new security+ attack of VCE poisoning?" : ) The vce files I've posted are, for good or bad, deliberately taken straight from the pdf's and people can make of them what they will. After all, they are supposed to be aids to learning and not something to memorise parrot fashion. So l always look up any answer I don't understand or think is questionable. t44t from United Kingdom – 09 03 2010, 10:02 PM Report Spam I didn't label it… presumably it's the naming convention adopted by the site and seems to be based on submission date. Since were using the site of our own free will, we implicitly accept its conventions. If we don't like its conventions we're free not to use the site. Quite concerned about some of the dumps I see in security+ section. Some have clearly wrong answers from apparently ok sources… are people changing answers to what they think they should be before posting or even doing so maliciously (that would be quite ironic for a security+ section of the site). As a result I am tempted just to stick to the material I have directly from pdf's and converted myself. Overlord from United States – 09 03 2010, 5:24 PM Report Spam @t44t:Breaking the dumps into smaller batches is not a bad idea- for those that want that, however the file itself has been miss labeled as new content as a result people will think it’s new when it’s not. t44t from United Kingdom – 09 03 2010, 6:53 AM Report Spam The pdf this comes from is marked versiion 3.11 Just posting the material I have… broken down in to smaller tests more suitable for study (25 or 50 questions per test). For anyone who prefers their leaning in smaller chunks – if you prefer several hundred question per test this is not for you … Just used the pdf as I got it – cannot vouch for content.
