I don't know why in every dump I've seen, the answer to the question about device mobility is wrong. The one where a user roams their IP communicator from SJ to RTP and the physical location AND device mobility group change. It clearly states in the guide that IF the physical location changes, settings such as MRGL and location change, but AAR CSS (and other similar settings) ONLY change when the mobility group stays the SAME. This is an excerpt from the cert guide: "Therefore, different Device Mobility Groups should be set up whenever a roaming user should not be forced to adapt his dialing behavior. In this case, when roaming between different Device Mobility Groups, the phone Device Mobility-related settings that impact call routing are not modified." SO if the mobility group changes, their call will use it's OWN AAR CSS – SJ!!!

In this case we can look @SDI trace and see the message SIP/2.0 580Precondition Failed which mean that RSVP process is FAILED !

      YES !!!
I found a better explanation for the question about End-to-end RSVP with local RSVP fallback ( if u open mi vce with Visual CertExam Designer is Q.27) and i.e.

In this case we have an intercluster RSVP (known a SIP Preconditions). For SIP calls going out of the cluster RSVP can be used end-to-end between different domains.

Use end-to-end RSVPwhenall of these conditions are met:
      • Both ends of a SIP trunk supportSIP Preconditions
      • The IP phone and the SIP trunk are indifferent locations
      • RSVPis enabledbetween thesetwo locations

E2E—In an end-to-end (E2E) configuration, RSVP occurs on the entire path between the end points, including within the local cluster and over the WAN.

For RSVP CAC to work, IP WAN must be enabled for RSVP- thus, enabled to set up a bandwidth pool for RSVP reservations.
Cisco Unified Communications Manager allows failed calls to fall back to alocal RSVP. 03k the SIP Profile Fall Back to aLocal RSVP check box ifyou want to allow failed end-to-end RSVP calls to fall back to the local RSVP to establish the call with no RSVP reservation. Ifthis box is unchecked, end-toend
RSVP calls that cannot establish and end-to-end connections will fail. Also, for fallback to local RSVP to function properly, the SIP trunk must have an MRGL that is configured w.th access to aseparate RSVP agent from the one that is used for the phones
