      Mr. DHARANI,
Thanks for ur efforts, but i noticed there are a lot of mistakes in the answers to questions, I already mentioned some previously. And also when u compare to 9tut.com , there is alot of contradiction.
      Plz Consider revision and corrections.

      Warm regards

Also Revise this question in Exam B:

OSPF routing uses the concept of areas. What are the characteristics of OSPF areas? (Choose three)

A – Each OSPF area requires a loopback interface to be configured
B – Areas may be assigned any number from 0 to 65535
C – Area 0 is called the backbone area
D – Hierarchical OSPF networks do not require multiple areas
E – Multiple OSPF areas must connect to area 0
F – Single area OSPF networks must be configured in area 1

The Correct answer is BCE, not CDE and here is why:

I used to think the answers should be C D E and here is my explanation:

OSPF can use an active interface for its router ID, so a loopback interface is not a must -> A is incorrect.

OSPF Area is a 32-bit number so we can use up to 232 – 1 = 4294967296 – 1 (since Area 0 is the first area). Remember that only process ID is a 16-bit number and ranges from 1 to 65535 -> B is incorrect.

F is incorrect too because single area OSPF netwoks must be configured in Area 0, which is called the backbone area.

For answer D, it is a bit hard to guess what they want to say about “hierarchical” but we should understand “Hierarchical OSPF networks” as “OSPF networks”. D is correct bercause we can only have one area (area 0 – the backbone area) for our networks.

Especially to note on choice B, D, and E:

Choice B: we all know that The areas can be any number from 0 to 4.2 billion and 1 to 65,535 for the Process ID. As choice B specifies ‘area’ (be aware, it’s not saying ‘process id), there is no reason to say that we cannot assign numbers from 0 to 65535 for area # (it is using ‘may be’, not ‘have to be’ or ‘ought to be’). Hence, we do not worry about assigning ’0′.

      Hello Uploader DHARANI.
Thanks for the dumps but there's a mistake in Exam A in the following question.

Given that Host A and Host B are in different networks. When Host A is trying to communicate with Host B, which step will Host A take first?

      A. Send a TCP SYN and wait for the SYN ACK with the IP address of Host B.

      B. Drop the data.

      C. Create an ARP request to get a MAC address for Host B.

      D. Send the data frames to the default gateway.

Your dumps have this answer along with the explanation:

      Answer: C

      Explanation:

This question is to examine the ARP working principle.

When Host A doesn’t know the MAC address of Host B, the ARP request will be broadcast so that all hosts on the LAN can see this request.
If the IP is not local, the router will check its routing table to see whether there is a route to the destination network. If there is, the router will reply with its own MAC address.

      So C is correct.

Whereas the following answer is correct with explanation (Which I agree with):

      Answer is D
Because the hosts are on different networks and there’s no need to know the destination MAC (no need for ARP request), so it will send it to the default gateway. Moreover, host A & B are on DIFFERENT networks.
We use ARP to resolve MAC addresses on the SAME network LAN.

Can anyone Confirm or Clarify Please. thanx

Hi ! Thanx to Almighty I had recently got passed CCNA and scored 92%.
I had prepared three type of DUMPS: Collisio 487q; Braindump 615q; prepking 669q by Karnel. 100 % paper was from here.(if u wanna shortlist the dumps then prepare 669 and 615q because almost 98% questions of 487 are included in 669)
My Advice to all is that all three labs are from 9TUT, but you should have strong knowledge of following three labs:
1-VTP Lab: same to same as in 9tut
2-ACL lab : same as 9tut but with different IPs and slightly different ACL condition, please read carefuly the condition/criteria of ACL because its tricky in its wording, then be with in 3 statement conditions.
3-EIGRP2 lab: almost same as 9tut but "be well aware of the PASSIVE interface command" and should have deep knowledge of it.

9tut will guide u for the lab of EIGRP and passive interface. Good Luck :-)
? and Tab key can be used in Exams.

      ASSALAM U ALIKUM & HI 2 EVERY1.
ALHMDULILLAH PASSED MY CCNA WITH 986 MARKS. I ENCOUNTERED A TOTAL OF 48 QUESTIONS , INCLUDING 3 LABS : ACL2, EIGRP & VTP. ALL THE LABS WERE MODIFIED. LIKE IN EIGRP, 2 ROUTERS HV 2 B CONFIGURED IN ORDER 2 MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE QUESTION. IN VTP LAB, IPs & PORTS R VERY DIFFRNT. IN ACL2, THERE WERE 4 STATMNTS & THE LIMITATION WAS 2 APPLY 3 LINES ACL. I STUDIED LABS FROM http://WWW.9TUT.COM. NOW 2 TALK ABT THE DUMPS. I STUDIED 3 DUMPS IN ORDER 2 PASS MY EXAM. I STRONLGY SUGGEST THT U DO THE SAME. I STUDIED JERRICHO 632, COLLISIO 486 & DHARANI 615. MOST QUESTIONS WERE FROM DHARANI 615.
MY ADVISE TO ALL OF U IS 2 CAREFULLY STUDY THE DUMPS AS SOME QUESTIONS MAY HV DIFFERENT ANSWERS IN THESE 3 DUMPS. SO STUDY CAREFULLY WHILE PREPARING ALL 3 DUMPS. THESE DUMPS R STIL VALID.
      BST OF LUCK 2 ALL.

According to me this dump should be valid because more than 600 questions plus actual knowledge which we gain during CCNA studies then we may pass this exam very easily. Every thing depends on ; what we learn from this dump and what type of knowledge we have gain,
